We accept returns of new, unworn items and faulty items with all original tags and packaging within 14 days once purchase is received.
We do not accept returned garments that have marks, makeup stains, garments that smell of perfume, hair, or garments covered in dust particles.
Items should be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, or used in anyways for a full refund minus original shipping charges and duties paid.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. So, we recommend using a tracked method for safe delivery.
Once your Return package arrives, please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed. We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping charges and duties paid. You will be notified by email once refund is finalized.
Items received after 14 days of package arrival will not be accepted. Also, items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.
We DO NOT offer exchanges, but you can return a full priced item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we've refunded you.

We reserve the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if they do not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 30 days of purchase and notified prior.
If you have received a faulty item, please email at email@example.com to arrange a Prepaid Return Label. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through FLAIR THE LABEL. Refunds apply to the purchase price of the garments only.
