How can I contact you?

 

The quickest way to contact us is by sending an email to shop@flairthelabel.com. Our office hours are from 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST Monday to Friday. Any emails sent after 5PM will be checked the following business day.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments through Stripe provided by Shopify & Paypal. We currently do not accept Paypal checks, or otherwise. 

 

The item I want is sold out. When do you restock? 

 

Please take note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and is likely not to be restocked. Most of our fabrics and prints are only available in small quantities; therefore, it cannot be restocked once it's sold out. However, we strive to search for more beautiful prints and bring the style back in another version. So, stay tuned! 

 

How does a Pre-Order work?

 

All styles designed by Flair are exclusive and limited in stock! Save your favorite style by placing a Pre-Order. Pre-Order your flair piece by selecting your Size, Color, and Print. Enter your email and Sign Up! We will have your email listed and in order you will be the first to be notified when the item is in stock. We provide an estimate in-stock date, however please note that the dates can be updated. 

 

How can I track my order? 

 

When your order is shipped, we send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at shop@flairthelabel.com for help.

 

Where are the clothing produced?

 

Flair the label is designed in LA and produced in our factory in China. 

 

Are your garments manufactured ethically?

 

We believe that customers have the right to know where the products are made and if they are manufactured in a transparent process. We care about quality and where our clothes are made. We have relationships with factories and suppliers who treat their workers fairly and provide ethical production services. We ensure our factory's integrity and will maintain ethical production practices so that our customers can wear our products with confidence. What size should I order?

 

Our sizing follows the Young Women's Contemporary Guidelines. Our items are considered true to size. Depending on style, we've included few measurement details to help. So, please check the detail information of the product before purchasing.

 

Can I make returns?

 

We accept returns of new, unworn items and faulty items with all original tags and packaging within 14 business days once purchase is received. Please check our Returns page for more information! 

 

Can I make exchanges?

 

We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can return an item and place a new order once we've refunded you.

 

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

 

Flair the label is not responsible for any taxes and duties. If you are shipping within the US, sales tax will apply at checkout on orders shipped in California only. If you are shipping international, we currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, you are responsible to pay for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. For more information, please check our Shipping page!
